Rima Leipuvienė’s name is little known to a wider circle of fans, but she boldly broke into the art world with her first personal exhibition, declaring her intentions to establish herself in it. What is the secret of her success? Growing up in a non-academic environment may have made it difficult to move towards the goal, but at the same time it stopped the artist from stereotypes, stereotypes typical of contemporary art, including a visual effect or plot narrative alien to the author.
